Kingdom Foundations Coaching (8 Weeks)

Build the foundation before you build the future.

Kingdom Foundation is an 8-week, one-on-one Christian coaching journey designed to help you strengthen your relationship with God, become more intentional about seeking His direction, and gain greater clarity about the purpose and calling He has placed on your life.

This program focuses deeply on two foundational pillars of Kingdom Shepherds Coaching: Intimacy with God and Purpose & Calling.

Many believers genuinely love God but still find themselves feeling spiritually stuck, uncertain about their direction, inconsistent in their relationship with Him, or unsure of what God is calling them to do next. Kingdom Foundation creates a dedicated space to slow down, seek God intentionally, identify what may be standing between you and spiritual growth, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.

What We’ll Work Through

Intimacy With God (Weeks 1–4)

Before seeking answers about where God is taking you, we begin by strengthening your relationship with the One who is leading you.

During the first four weeks, our coaching conversations focus on your current relationship with God, the obstacles or distractions affecting that relationship, and practical ways to become more intentional about prayer, Scripture, stillness, and recognizing God’s direction.

Rather than simply telling you what you should do, I’ll guide you through prayerful, thought-provoking conversations that encourage you to examine your heart, seek the Holy Spirit, and discover what God may be revealing to you personally.

The goal is to help you develop a relationship with God that extends beyond your coaching sessions—one in which you are increasingly comfortable seeking Him, sitting in His presence, bringing Him your questions, and allowing His Word and Spirit to shape your decisions.

Purpose & Calling (Weeks 5–8)

Once we have spent time strengthening the foundation of your relationship with God, we turn our attention toward the question: What is God calling me to do with the life He has given me?

During these four weeks, we’ll explore your gifts, experiences, passions, burdens, strengths, and the areas where you sense God may already be working in your life.

We’ll examine the difference between simply chasing an opportunity and faithfully responding to a calling. Through Scripture, prayer, reflection, and Spirit-led coaching questions, you’ll begin identifying patterns and areas of your life that may point toward your God-given purpose.

The goal is not to force you into a title, career, ministry, or predetermined answer. It is to help you become clearer about where God may be leading you and identify practical next steps you can take in obedience.

How the 8 Weeks Work

You’ll meet with me one-on-one each week for a private coaching session. Every session is personalized around where you are in your journey rather than following a rigid script.

Our sessions combine Spirit-led coaching, Scripture, prayer, reflection, and powerful questions designed to help you go beneath surface-level answers and examine what is happening in your heart and spiritual life.

Between sessions, you’ll use your Kingdom Foundation Workbook to continue the process. Each week includes key Scripture references, concise biblical teaching, Spirit-led reflection questions, journaling space, and practical action steps.

The workbook isn’t designed to give you busywork. It gives you intentional opportunities to continue seeking God between our conversations so your growth isn’t limited to one coaching session each week.

As your coach, my role is not to become the voice of God in your life or make your decisions for you. My role is to shepherd the conversation—helping you ask deeper questions, recognize patterns, challenge limiting perspectives, return to biblical truth, and create space for you to seek the Holy Spirit for yourself.

What You Can Walk Away With

By the end of Kingdom Foundation, our goal is for you to have a stronger and more intentional relationship with God, greater awareness of how you personally seek and discern His direction, increased clarity surrounding your purpose and calling, and practical next steps for moving forward.

Most importantly, the goal is not for you to become dependent on coaching.

Kingdom Foundation is designed to help you build spiritual habits, questions, and practices that you can continue using long after our eight weeks together have ended.

You won’t leave with every question about your future answered. You will leave better equipped to know where to take those questions.
