Know God deeper. Know who you are. Become who He is shaping you to be. Walk in what He has called you to do.

Kingdom Transformation is a 12-week, one-on-one Christian coaching journey designed for believers who are ready to go deeper—not only in discovering where God is leading them, but in allowing Him to transform how they see themselves, how they live, and how they walk out their calling.

This is the complete Kingdom Shepherds Coaching journey, built around four foundational pillars: Intimacy with God, Identity in Christ, Fruit of the Spirit, and Purpose & Calling.

Over 12 weeks, we’ll move intentionally through each pillar, spending three weeks exploring what Scripture teaches, what is happening in your life right now, what may be keeping you spiritually stuck, and what God may be inviting you to address, surrender, develop, or pursue.

What We’ll Work Through

Intimacy With God (Weeks 1–3)

Transformation begins with relationship.

We start by examining your relationship with God—not simply what you know about Him, but how intentionally you are walking with Him.

We’ll explore your prayer life, time in Scripture, spiritual distractions, consistency, trust, surrender, and how you currently seek God’s direction. Through Scripture, prayer, reflection, and Spirit-led coaching conversations, we’ll identify areas where your relationship with God can become deeper and more intentional.

The goal is to help you develop a stronger foundation for seeking God, recognizing His direction, and remaining connected to Him throughout your everyday life.

Identity in Christ (Weeks 4–6)

Before understanding what you’re called to do, you need to understand who you are.

During these three weeks, we’ll explore how you see yourself compared with what Scripture says about who you are in Christ.

We’ll uncover labels, past experiences, comparison, fear, insecurity, expectations, and limiting beliefs that may have influenced your identity. Then we’ll bring those perspectives back to biblical truth.

Instead of allowing your accomplishments, failures, relationships, career, past, or other people’s opinions to determine your worth, you’ll be challenged to build your identity on something much stronger: who God says you are.

The goal is greater confidence—not confidence rooted in yourself alone, but confidence that comes from understanding your relationship with Christ and living from that identity.

Fruit of the Spirit (Weeks 7–9)

Knowing who you are should begin changing how you live.

This portion of Kingdom Transformation focuses on character.

Together, we’ll examine the Fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—and honestly consider how those qualities are being demonstrated in your relationships, decisions, habits, reactions, and everyday life.

This isn’t about becoming perfect or checking boxes.

It’s about becoming increasingly aware of the areas where the Holy Spirit may be producing growth and the areas where greater surrender, discipline, healing, maturity, or obedience may be needed.

You’ll be encouraged to move beyond simply knowing biblical principles and begin intentionally applying them to the way you live.

Purpose & Calling (Weeks 10–12)

Transformation isn’t meant to stop with you.

During our final three weeks, we’ll turn toward your purpose and calling.

We’ll explore your gifts, experiences, passions, strengths, burdens, opportunities, and the ways God may have already been preparing you for what comes next.

Rather than forcing yourself to discover one perfect answer to the question, “What is my purpose?”, we’ll approach calling prayerfully—looking for patterns, seeking biblical alignment, asking deeper questions, and creating space for the Holy Spirit to provide direction.

From there, we’ll identify practical next steps so that clarity begins turning into obedience and action.

The goal isn’t simply for you to know what you’re called to do.

It’s to begin becoming the person who is prepared to walk in it.

How Kingdom Transformation Works

You’ll meet with me one-on-one each week for 12 private coaching sessions.

These sessions aren’t lectures or generic Bible studies. They are personalized, Spirit-led coaching conversations centered around you, your relationship with God, your current challenges, your questions, and the areas where you desire growth.

We’ll use Scripture as our foundation while incorporating prayer, reflection, powerful coaching questions, practical action steps, and intentional moments for you to seek the Holy Spirit’s guidance.

You’ll also work through your Kingdom Transformation Workbook between sessions. The workbook helps you continue engaging with each pillar through Scripture, concise biblical teachings, Spirit-led questions, personal reflection, journaling, and practical application.

The deepest work often happens between conversations—when you take what we’ve discussed back into prayer and begin noticing what God is revealing throughout your week.

My Role as Your Coach

My role isn’t to tell you what God is saying, make your decisions for you, or give you a predetermined blueprint for your life.

My role is to shepherd the conversation.

I’ll help you slow down, ask questions you may not have considered, recognize patterns, challenge perspectives that aren’t aligned with Scripture, and create intentional space for you to seek God for yourself.

Ultimately, the goal is not dependence on your coach.

It’s greater dependence on God.

What You Can Walk Away With

By the end of these 12 weeks, our goal is for you to have a deeper and more intentional relationship with God, a stronger understanding of your identity in Christ, greater awareness of the character God is developing within you, increased ability to recognize areas requiring surrender and growth, greater clarity surrounding your purpose and calling, and practical next steps for walking forward in obedience.

Kingdom Transformation isn’t about becoming a completely different person in 12 weeks.

It’s about allowing God to begin transforming you from the inside out—starting with your relationship with Him, establishing who you are in Christ, shaping how you live, and ultimately influencing how you walk in your calling.

Intimacy establishes the foundation.
Identity establishes who you are.
The Fruit of the Spirit shapes who you’re becoming.
Purpose gives you somewhere to walk.

Kingdom Transformation Is For You If…

You desire more than surface-level spiritual growth. You want a deeper relationship with God, but you also recognize there are areas of your identity, character, habits, direction, or purpose that need attention.

You may feel spiritually stuck, uncertain about who you are, frustrated by patterns you haven’t overcome, unclear about God’s direction, or aware that God is calling you deeper but unsure what your next step should be.

You don’t have to arrive with all the answers.

You simply have to be willing to seek, reflect, surrender, grow, and take the next step.

This isn’t simply about discovering your calling.

It’s about becoming spiritually prepared to walk in it.
